A vacation by the ocean is the best thing ever!
Mia had been dreaming about this trip for a long time. She imagined diving into the clear water, listening to the cries of seagulls, and searching the sand for shiny seashells.
And she also had a magical mermaid costume. Her mom had bought it in a shop that seemed to sell real wonders: a tail made of light, shimmering fabric and a fin of soft silicone so it would be easy to swim.
